A Dreamer Turned Doer
Back in 1998, when I was just 21, I stepped into the bustling world of the restaurant industry. Starting as a busser, my drive and determination saw me quickly rise to become a certified bartender in a mere six weeks. As the years went by, I sharpened my skills as a waiter, always striving to offer an unforgettable experience to every guest. It was during this time, inspired by a course from Bob Brown, that I discovered my passion for sales.
From Serving Tables to Revolutionizing the Automotive Industry
In 1998, I stepped into the bustling world of the restaurant industry. My drive saw me rise from a busser to a certified bartender in mere weeks. But as I approached 30, the digital wave beckoned. After pursuing a diploma in Web Media Design and becoming a Certified Customer Value Optimization Specialist, I founded Web Works Media in 2011. My goal? Offer marketing services that drive real results.
2013 marked a significant turn. Venturing into the automotive industry, I quickly rose to become a top-performing salesperson and, later, the Marketing Director of a dealership. However, witnessing aggressive sales tactics and dishonest practices, I knew I had to make a change. Thus, Approval Heroes was born.

Approval Heroes isn't just another business venture; it's a mission close to my heart. I envision a platform where every customer is treated with respect, honesty, and transparency. At 46, I was diagnosed with ADHD. Embracing my neurodiversity, I became an advocate for ADHD, striving to raise awareness and support for those on a similar journey.
